After interviewing a few property management companies, we selected Foothills because of the quick response to all of our questions! In fact, we met with a representative before we signed an agreement and she was very helpful with a walkthrough of our property and with providing tips on what works for guests. We were also provided references for local contractors. This was way above and beyond what the other property management companies were willing to do. Basically, we needed information early on and Foothills provided that to us - very helpful and a great partner. In addition, their pricing for services was more than fair! We love that Foothills is always open to feedback, that they’re great with communication to us as owners and most importantly, that all the employees there are very nice and helpful. A great team and great partnership for us. We would recommend Foothills to any owners who need a property manager for either short or long term rentals. They’re attentive, they’re experienced and overall they do a great job.
