Chef Johnny has extensive experience in private home, corporate restaurants, hotel and resort catering, banquets, weddings, including large groups. Chef has done it all. He has had experience and an education that puts him far ahead of his peers and colleagues. Having mentors such as James Beard award winners, Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck of the Oscars and Presidential dinners et al, Master Chef Frank Audino James Beard winner "Aglio Vegas," Chef Helena An of "Crustacean" Beverly Hills and an array of Micheline Star winning and highly regarded masters abound. As you can see Chef Johnny Messina has been presented with amazing opportunities with the finest education and mentoring. After his rein in restaurants he moved to the private sector, becoming Chef to two different Presidents, celebrities such as Sean "P-Diddy" Combs, Dr. Phil and a certain Disney executive, cooking for all of their families. Through his years of experience Chef Johnny’s career has brought him back to what he’s known from the beginning.... feeding the family. His early years he can remember cooking with his mother at the age of 3, helping make the meatballs and it has been love at first sight and a growing passion ever since. | |
